Q: I can't access my session. It says "only available as part of a package"

A: If you see the icon below in a session, you may not be signed into the platform or your log in is not registered for the conference. Please make sure you are signed in using the account used when you registered for the conference.

Q: How do I access session resources/handouts?

A: All resources/handouts provided by the speaker(s) to complement or support their presentation are available to download via the RESOURCE tab within the session's page.

Q: Will CEUs be available?

A: The 2023 LEARN Conference is approved by the following organizations and boards:

• ZERO TO THREE is an Authorized Provider of Continuing Education and Training by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET)*. As the official standard for continuing education and training, IACET Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are recognized by a wide range of organizations, including professional associations, regulatory boards, corporations, and universities. Approved for 10 contact hours or 1.0 CEUs.
• The National Association of Social Workers (Approval # 886838727-5219) for 10 continuing education contact hours. Please be aware: The following states do not accept National CE Approval Programs and require individual program/provider application processes:  New Jersey (Applications may be filed with the NASW New Jersey Chapter), New York (Applications may be filed with the NASW New York State Chapter), and West Virginia.
• Minnesota Board of Psychology: Board Assigned Log #: 202408.036. For 10 continuing education hours.
• Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy: Approval #: 2023-366. For 10 continuing education hours.
• Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health: Approval #: 2023.CE.236. The following activity is approved for 10 continuing education clock hours for licensed professional counselors and licensed professional clinical counselors.

Total Possible CEUs that can be earned: 10 Contact Hours (1.0 CEU).

• Tuesday, September 19^th: 5 Hours (0.5 CEUs)
• Wednesday September 20^th: 5 hours (0.5 CEUs)

Continuing Education Units are awarded with live attendance, completed session evaluation, and a passing quiz score of 75% or greater. Please note that attendance codes will be provided at the end of each session. Participants MUST copy and enter the appropriate attendance codes for each session attended. Codes will not be provided via email or other sources. Credits will not be awarded for recorded sessions.

 *Though IACET CEUs are widely accepted, it is up to each organization to choose whether or not it will accept them. For this reason, we strongly advise that you confirm in advance if a particular body accepts IACET CEUs. To view a list of companies, regulatory boards, and organizations that have reported to accept the IACET CEU credit, please click here. This list is not exhaustive, nor does it guarantee that an IACET CEU will automatically be accepted.

Q: Will there be a Certificate of Attendance?

A: Yes! Certificates of attendance are available on demand upon completion of each session. Each session will have a required survey and quiz needed to earn the CEU certificate. A general attendance certificate will be provided at the end of the conference.
