The overall goal of the Infant-Toddler Court Program is to improve the health, safety, well-being, and development of infants, toddlers and families in the child welfare system. Through this video we will explore the research findings on the benefits of the SBCT and the need for sustainability planning.
Zero to Three’s Safe Babies Court TeamTM (SBCT) approach applies the science of early childhood development in meeting the urgent needs of infants and toddler and strengthening their families. SBCTs work to prevent maltreatment by building strong communities that support families’ needs and prevent children’s removal. The overall goal of the Infant-Toddler Court Program is to improve the health, safety, well-being, and development of infants, toddlers and families in the child welfare system. Through this video we will explore the research findings on the benefits of the SBCT and the need for sustainability planning.
