HealthySteps Online Courses
These courses are essential for you and your team, providing foundational information about the innovative HealthySteps approach—how it is designed, based on scientific understandings of early childhood development, and how it supports babies, toddlers, and their families.
Our online courses can be completed independently and can be used to introduce new team members to the HealthySteps model or as a refresher on the HealthySteps approach any time it’s needed.

HealthySteps Overview
An introduction to the HealthySteps model, the research behind it, the eight Core Components, and our tiered approach to supporting families of children ages 0-3.
Foundations for HS Specialists
A four-module series describing: the HS model and approach, the role of the HS Specialist, and foundational knowledge and skills you will use in your role of meeting the needs of the infants, toddlers, and families in your community.
From Tiny to Toddler
A 12-module series providing HealthySteps Specialists with discrete knowledge, skills, and resources appropriate for use during each of the 12 well-child visits scheduled for babies: newborn through 36 months of age.
HealthySteps Core Components
The modules are designed to inform and support implementation of the HealthySteps Core Components at your practice.
Mindfulness for HealthySteps Specialists
The HealthySteps Mindfulness series includes two modules: Mindfulness for HealthySteps Specialists and Sharing Mindfulness with Families.
HealthySteps Reporting Requirements
The HealthySteps Reporting Requirements Overview is intended to increase sites’ understanding of the Annual Site Reporting (ASR) process.
HealthySteps Epic Implementation Guide
This eLearning course is a series of 7 modules each 2-5 minutes in length.
