The HealthySteps Reporting Requirements Overview is intended to increase sites’ understanding of the Annual Site Reporting (ASR) process, including the rationale behind ASR, data reporting requirements (including fidelity, priority outcome, and additional metrics), and submission of data in the HealthySteps Hub. Delivering HealthySteps with fidelity, which is measured each year via ASR, is key to linking the model to evidence-based child and family outcomes.

By the end of module, the learner will be able to:

• Describe the importance of Annual Site Reporting (ASR), including how the National Office and HealthySteps sites may use data collected and reported for ASR
• Summarize the data requirements by Tier of Service
• Understand the ASR process, including timeline and how to submit data through the Hub
