Jessica Haremza Diop is an Early Childhood Practice Consultant with the Educare Learning Network. She has spent her professional career devoted to improving the quality of early education across multiple settings. A strong believer in the importance of the impact of early learning experiences on a child’s long-term success, she has over 20 years of experience in the early education field including roles as a teacher, early childhood research assistant, curriculum and professional development trainer, and program leader in settings that include community based nonprofit early childhood programs, Early Head Start and an university laboratory school. She has a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Science with a specialty in Early Childhood Research, a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership and is a first year doctoral of education student in Learning and Organizational Change at Baylor University.
