D4: Integration of Early Childhood Mental Health Into Pediatric Care Including General and Specialty programs
Overview
Early mental health underpins long-term biopsychosocial outcomes. A major outstanding problem in this domain is identifying at-risk children and directing them toward available resources. This session presents three programs aiming to dramatically increase identification and treatment of early mental health issues by integrating assessment and short-term intervention into pediatric care.
