
E1: Cultivating Early Childhood Champions: The Tulane Early Childhood Policy Leadership Institute
Overview
This session will explore Louisiana's efforts to cultivate state champions for infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH) through the Tulane Early Childhood Policy Leadership Institute. Presenters will discuss program design (curriculum, cohort recruitment/retention, leadership development), findings from participant impact interviews, lessons learned over 6 years, and strategies for participants to develop leaders in their communities.
