F2: Great Things Happen When You Think Babies! Campaign Stories From Three Think Babies States

Overview

Everyone has a role in advocating for effective policies and adequately resourced services to ensure babies and their families have what they need to thrive. Campaign leads from three states will share successful state-based advocacy strategies and tools utilized that can be readily adapted to advance a multi-issue infant-toddler agenda.

1. Participants will learn a wide range of advocacy strategies that can be utilized to advance an infant-toddler agenda in their state.
2. Participants will be able to identify influential partners in their states and ways to engage them to  help advance an infant-toddler advocacy.
3. Explore the many tools available through Sesame Street Workshop and how these may be used in a variety of settings to support and/or buffer a young child’s experience of the challenge, including but not limited to increasing the caregiver’s skill at mentalization and helping a young child to know they are not alone.
